We try to provide the same kind of service that we would want for any family member. We don't look for excuses to cut corners; we look for ways to give more than expected.
Our Purpose
At Hoosier Guy Home Inspection, we feel that just being good at inspections isn't enough. We want to give back to the communities in which we operate. When you hire Hoosier Guy, you can trust that at least 10% of our profits will be donated to charities for children. We want to be a force for good, and you can help us.
Our Why
Our “why” is very personal. Before becoming a home inspector himself, our founder got into a house with very major, expensive hidden defects- not just once, but twice. In one case, after taking possession, he found major structural damage to the framing in the floor, walls, and roof caused by termites. While no average home inspection would have discovered the unseen, an infrared inspection might have. That event drove him to learn how to inspect homes more thoroughly than typical, to help others avoid what happened to him.
