Hoosier Guy Home Inspection is unique in that our inspector is accountable to the client.  If your inspector is unable to physically inspect all parts of the attic or crawl space during a full inspection, WE REDUCE OUR FEE. All companies will describe what was inaccessible during the inspection. Some companies may actually explain why part of, say, the attic was inaccessible; others leave the client guessing. ONLY Hoosier Guy actually GIVES YOU MONEY BACK. This makes our inspector accountable to the client. We feel this is the right way to treat people, and makes our clients feel better about their inspection and how they were treated as clients.
