Tree Inspection
Are my trees safe to be under?
In a former career as an arborist, our lead inspector was often called out to a new homeowner's property to evaluate the risk of falling limbs and toppling trees. Trees can pose an elevated risk to buildings and our children playing in the yard when branches are overhead.

Tree Inspection on the Cheap
Hoosier Guy Home Inspection never sells work- in fact, it is illegal for a home inspector to sell work related to findings in their report (as it should be!). If you call a tree company out, you'd better have your checkbook ready. There will be 4 or 5 chainsaw-toting guys with itchy throttle fingers looking for work. It is not uncommon for less ethical tree services to sell a tree removal when only pruning is needed. (It's a lot more money for them). Since we can't sell work, you can expect an honest, unbiased opinion from Hoosier Guy Home Inspection. Add it in along with another inspection service, and we can save you even more!
